Back 40 Butchery is owned and operated by Jason and Penelope Ashley. Jason along with his dad operate Johnson Creek Farm in Iva, SC. Through this operation Jason recognized the hardship of farmers and their need for a trustworthy and honest place for their animals to be butchered. Jason and Penelope purchased land several years ago to build a new processing facility then the opportunity arose for them to purchase a facility. Their vision is to grow and expand the existing facility.
